Above ground pools

If you are thinking about installing an above ground pool at your property you MUST consult with your landlord/agent first. Having an above ground pool can affect your renters liability and if something were to happen you could be found liable. As such you would need to contact your insurance company to let them know.

There can be strict guidelines around this issue so please research the local poilices and contact your Landlord before installing!! The same goes for trampolines – ask the landlord FIRST.

And remember, any damage/alterations made to the property (inside or out) need to be put right before you hand back your property at march out and grass can take months to fully grow back.
